Tickets to THE POLAR EXPRESS™ 4D Experience sell out so buy your tickets online to guarantee your seat in this wildly popular Holiday tradition! When you purchase your movie ticket with an Admissions package you enjoy the best value and get a guaranteed seat!
- Save an extra $1.00 of the cost of the film by choosing a showtime prior to 5:30pm.
- Please allow time for travel and parking to arrive at the theater before your scheduled showtime. To ensure the best 4D Experience admittance is not permitted once the show has started.
- Members can purchase discounted tickets online. Members will be asked to show their membership card and discounted ticket at the 4D Theater prior to admittance.
- THE POLAR EXPRESS™ 4D Experience is an immersive, action-packed experience lasting approxomately 13 minutes.

All rides are open daily unless otherwise noted, and are subject to early closure during inclement weather.
Special Operating Hours (until Festival of Lights on November 28th):
- Train 10am - 5pm daily
- Carousel 11am - 3pm (Monday thru Thursday), 10am - 5pm (Friday thru Sunday)
- 4D Theater noon-3pm (Thursday and Friday), 11am - 5pm (Saturday and Sunday). Closed Mon-Wed
- The Tram is currently closed for maintenance repairs.
