As a “Thank You” to Hamilton County for their continued support, Zoo visitors of all ages can enjoy half price admission and parking to the world famous Cincinnati Zoo & Botanical Garden during Visitor Appreciation Days, August 7, 8, & 9.
Zoo visitors continue to play a crucial role in maintaining the Cincinnati Zoo’s status as a world-class organization. The Zoo is rated the #1 attraction in Cincinnati and one of the top zoos in the nation by Zagat Survey. It was also recently recognized by Parents Magazine as #7 on the “Top 10 Best Zoos for Kids."
Weekend Highlights Include:
- Visit with the Hamilton County Library across from Manatee Springs. Play games, meet Rufus and learn more about the "Big Read"
- Sop by the UC Bearcat Caravan from 10am - 2pm on Sunday ONLY in the Giraffe Ridge Parking Lot
- See birds from around the world in the Great American Wings of Wonder Bird Show at 1 p.m. & 3 p.m.
- Watch cheetahs race at top speeds during the Cheetah Encounter at 11 a.m. & 12 p.m.
- Hand feed our four Maasai giraffe at Giraffe Ridge at 11 a.m., 1 p.m., 3 p.m. & 4:30 p.m.
- Elephant Bath at 11 a.m.
- See our four Malayan tiger cubs in Tiger Canyon
- Visit with Klyde the black rhino in Wildlife Canyon
