CREW has a Public Exhibit open Noon to 3:00 p.m. daily from Memorial Day to Labor Day. In addition, CREW offers guided building tours and slide presentations.

This 40 minute presentation explains how CREW scientists are using science and technology to conserve endangered animals and plants worldwide. It highlights amazing assisted reproduction techniques (used to produce the world acclaimed ocelot kitten), the exciting Sumatran rhino story, the mysteries of the CryoBioBank™ and the many projects in plant and animal conservation.
This 40 minute presentation highlights the exciting new research projects for the plant division. Technologies used for collection, propagation and preservation of plants are explained. Procedures for tissue culture, cloning and cryopreservation also are shown. The important relationship between plants and animals crucial to our human experience is emphasized.
Learn about plant exploration, the importance of plants, our local environment, and how you can become a plant explorer. There is also an introduction to Flora Finder!, a unique tool that can be searched online to provide information on our local flora past and present.
