Donation Requests? Due to the large volume of requests that we receive, please follow these guidelines when requesting that the Cincinnati Zoo support your program or activity:
Donation requests will be accepted from January 1 – May 31 of each calendar year. Submissions received will be reviewed at the end of each month and donations processed and mailed within 2 weeks of decision.
Not all submissions will be honored. The Cincinnati Zoo and Botanical Garden will evaluate the requests based on the need and the frequency of past donations. It is our desire to provide donations to as many local charities and school organizations as possible. However, we have an allotted amount of 20,000 tickets per year. Once that is fulfilled, we will no longer be able to honor requests.
The Zoo is unable to assist with sick or injured animals.
